Step 1: Gather The Information

• We arrange a brief call with you to confirm your property details.
• We will provide you with a list of documents that we require to enrol your property with the NDIS.
• We will require you to send us all the required information prior to submitting the enrolment application.

Step 2: Processing of the application

• Integrated Access submits an application on your behalf to the NDIS to enrol your property.
• This process takes approximately 28 days to complete. We will keep you updated on the progress of your application as it moves through the enrolment process.
• We may request some additional information from you at this stage should the NDIS require it.

Step 3: Approval of enrolment

• Once the enrolment of your SDA property has been successful, we’ll provide you with a confirmation of enrolment.
• In the unlikely circumstance that the enrolment is not successful, we will provide a report on the reasons why your application was not accepted.

Step 4: Claiming of SDA funding

• Once your property is enrolled, Integrated Access goes through the detailed claiming process with the NDIS on an ongoing monthly basis.
• You simply provide your bank account details, and Integrated Access will pay your SDA claim amount straight into your bank account. (minus any associated fees)
